Yields 1 cup
Ingredients
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2-2 tsps. garlic powder
1/2-2 tsps. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper, ground black
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chives, fresh
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
.Blend together parsley and chives.
Combine rest of ingredients together with blended mixture.
Transfer to a sealable container or immediately enjoy.
*For a slightly chunkier dressing just combine all ingredients and whisk well.
Variations/Suggestions
Add lemon zest for a brighter flavor
Add 1 tbsp. Sriracha for a spicy version
Add cooked, crumbled turkey or pork bacon
