Ingredients
Pineapple, wedged

Directions
Rinse and scrub the outer layer of the pineapple with water and white vinegar. *Washing the outside of a pineapple before eating is very important as it lessens the chances of dirt and bacteria transferring from the knife into the fruit or vegetable when cutting*
Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, creating a stable base.
Remove the rind in curved cuts from the top of the pineapple to the bottom.
Cut around the pineapple core making wedges and slabs.
Make each slab into a wedge and skewer each wedge with a stick of your choosing.
Grill pineapple wedges and quartered limes on high until the they start to brown.
Top off each wedge with chili powder and a squeeze of grilled lime to taste.
