Yields about 2 cups
Ingredients
2 cups raspberries, mashed
2 tsp. chia seeds
Honey, optional
Directions
To a small bowl add raspberries and mash well using a fork.
If using honey, stir in. Mix until well combined.
Fold chia seeds into mashed raspberries.
